Sudbury Women’s Centre launches virtual trick-or-treat campaign

It is more than Halloween sending chills down our spines this year. With the cold fast approaching, the Sudbury Women’s Centre is knocking on virtual doors to help keep the community safe and warm.
“There is nothing scarier than the unknown,” Giulia Carpenter, executive director of the SWC, said Wednesday. “Our clients have experienced the fear of uncertainty more than ever this year, and it is our mission to give them access to the basic needs items, resources and tools to put an end to that uncertainty.”
